Cylert (pemoline) is used to treat Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

When Will My Medication Start to Work?

You may feel better after taking Cylert for just a few days, although it takes about three to four weeks to feel the full effects. Cylert will work better for some people than others, depending on dosage and individual differences.

Are there Any Drug Interactions?

Always follow your physician's recommendations on how to take your medication. Even if you are taking one of the following substances, continue taking your medication as prescribed and consult your physician. Also, if you are taking any other prescription medications, herbal remedies, vitamins, and/or over-the-counter medications, be sure to tell your physician. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Issues
